Comment: Received a generic "ST-C350" no-name cartridge, most likely a re-manufactured unit. Haven't opened it, will return. Very unhappy, the unit is clearly advertised as "Genuine name-brand replacement". Liars.

Comment: amazon sent a generic "ST-350" instead of the product in the picture. I purchased the authentic Brother product 1-2 years ago, same web page, no problems. This time, Amazon sent me a generic instead of the pictured product. I thought I was paying for the authentic brother product.

Comment: The cartridge fits and operates just fine, but you should realize that it is not a Brother brand cartridge. It is some generic thing that would probably void the factory warranty. Since my toner was gone and my warranty has expired, I figured it was easier just to try it rather than send it back complaining that it wasn't actually a Brother brand cartridge. But its not really what I thought I was buying. And the delivery time was slower than normal Amazon shipping times.
